Gordon Eng is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at SKY Harbor and has more than 30 years of financial and legal experience. He also serves on the Board of Directors of SKY Harbor Global Funds.

Previously, he was associated with the law firms of Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, focusing on white collar, regulatory defense and ERISA litigation of complex financial instruments. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Eng traded foreign currencies as a market maker, chief dealer and proprietary trader.

Mr. Eng holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law, Order of the Coif; an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business; and BS from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.
