Paul DeCaprio serves as a Compliance Associate and has over 20 years of legal and regulatory compliance experience. At SKY Harbor he assists the Chief Compliance Officer with regulatory reporting requirements and compliance matters.

His prior experience includes association with the law firm of Carter, Ledyard and Milburn as Senior Associate, focusing on broker-dealer and investment adviser regulation, and working in the legal and compliance departments of broker-dealers, often in the role as chief compliance officer.

Mr. DeCaprio holds a JD from Pace University School of Law and a BA from University of Richmond. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.
